This is the final design I decided to go with for the kid inventor. You can obviously notice I went with a different design for the hair but everything else pretty much stayed in tact like the weird looking suspenders.

These pieces are one of the directions I was going to go with for the kid inventor character. I wanted him to look sophisticated and nerdy but with a little bit of an edge.

Concept of the mechanic I tried to explore. Some things were interesting, other parts just didn't look right.

This is one of the first drawings I did for the librarian. Pretty straight forward, nothing really special about it. Just your average, stereotypical librarian. mmmmhm.

These were some of the first ideations I came up with for the five time travelers. I wasn't focusing on any specific character. I did do some research on the Victorian era but mainly I was just playing around with different shapes in respect to the clothing. At this point, I didn't have a backstory. I decided to just jump in.

On our first meeting. Tony, John, and I decided that we wanted the story to take place in the future but they would be traveling back in time. Tony did have a story about a nuclear bomb and a creature coming from another dimension, but we didnt' really agree on the whole idea. Some of it was interesting but in the end, we decided to just make it CVD. Martin's story he wrote in the comments does make me want to hear more though. I'm caught in the hook. Just reel me in bro.
