librarian
wasup guys. Here's an idea for the librarian I've been workin on. The story I was going with was that they were traveling back in time to find the cure for cancer in extinct plants found in a prehistoric jungle. The librarian would be the data keeper and the botanist of the group. I was thinking he could have some sort of scanner, or specialized goggles, to scan the plants of the chemical they needed.

Mark, Cool ideas man. nice solid clear drawings as always, dig it. I like the idea of them searching for a cure. Cancer is always a good cause to create around cause so many people in this world can relate. To push the Sci-fi aspect more to where he looks like a man obsessed and from the future. Maybe he has canisters hanging from him. It'll maybe add some interesting silouettes. And these canisters are specialized to sustain the life of the plant so he can bring it back. Or maybe he has a special contraption that will freeze the plant or seal the plant airtight or something so that he can bring back tons of samples. A specialized pack of sorts. And I like how you've amde him athletic. but maybe he's so obsessed he doesn't eat as much as he should so he's ultra skinny and kinda scruffy looking even more, un shaven like he's been in the field for a while and doesn't really care about his higene. that could also be a funny side thing where they're always complaining about how he stinks. Very out doorsy and balsy. Like the guy from "grizzly Man" the indy film about that nut job that was eaten by the bears. Or he could harvest the plants seeds and he has a special carrying unit for them to keep them fresh and alive for transport. or he has a device that will automatically transport the plants to the hidded facility where the other teammates can process them. In terms of his appearance I feel like there needs to be more. Along the lines of, clean dirty, kept unkept, old, young, healthy, unhealthy, things like that. What would you man obsessed be and what drives him, maybe he lost his brother to cancer, or maybe he's going to die, so he carries a pic of him all the time, or woman... Anywyas.. those are some thoughts. but I like the direction, keep rockin, can't wait to see more.
