Hey Jay,
Just looks funny cause yer proportions aren't that pleasing to the eye. From the looks of it you are going for an ILM look. So more realistic proportions would work. I like this idea, it feels like classic russia around the last era of Csars or Czars Anastatia the animation may be an example to check out. I'd say to just keep the originality going for the concept be careful he doesn't look to much like M.Bison. Aside from that the props are workin for me, the oversized wrench could be a more unique lookin wrench and he could look more greasy. Over all it's a cool direction. I'm diggin it.
